    on casein protein vs myofusion

    i am wondering if anyone knows the difference between the on casein protein and myofusion. i already have a tub of myofusion vanilla. would it be beneficial to buy the on casein as well? i am looking to keep some muscle while on my cut and i have been drinking about 3 protein shakes a day. if i were to purchase on casein it would be strictly for taking it on my last meal at night before bed.

    myo is a blend, which contains some casein. instead of buying a tub of casein, I would just add myo to milk

    Myofusion is a blend of whey, egg and casein protein, with whey as the primary source. It also has 3g of healthy fats per serving, and additional vitamins, etc...ON Casein is strictly micellar casein protein, which obviously would be ideal for using before bed, or anytime you need a more steady flow of protein...I personally use both, Myofusion during the day and ON Casein at night...if only gaspari would make a 100% casein (reps?)

    i see, do you think that would be too much protein intake for me in one day that would bring my total to 4 shakes a day. i am trying to cut out my last meal at 7 and just have another shake that will hold me over until i wake up the next day.

    It really depends. Like others have said, Myo is a blend of fast/slow digesting proteins, healthy fats, etc. I really like it for any time of the day, but a lot of people like to take a strictly casein protein before bed. That being said, it's entirely up to you.

    ill think i will just try it. i use myofusion now so ill give it a run and see if it helps at all. thanks for the info.
