I have purchased both in the past but I am the few who prefer NO XPLODE, 1 tub lasts forever...since I am only about 150'ish I only use 1 1/2 scoops instead of two and gets the job done, it gives you nice pump at the gym...after couple of sets my muscles are very visable...and I'm not sensitive to stuff like redbull etc, I can drink 3 redbulls and feel nothing and superpump gave me the runs twice out of the 10-15 times I used it but its just prefrence.Originally Posted by Zelosu

I just got superpump, this is really the number one preworkout for me.
I just wonder what you can conclude of the different graphics they show at the product informatioon page. 25.5x more arm strength?? Really...

don't even bother with noxplode....sp250 will take you a lot further scoop for scoop. I got used to NO in such a short period of time. I've taken at least 7 different preworkout shakes and none have done what sp250 has. Although I did like jack3d a lot...very small serving sizes too. also it depends on what your body responds bettr to.

I've tried sp250, no-xplode, and white flood. White flood is by far my favorite, with superpump coming in a close second. no-xplode a distant third.

My first tub of noxplode was awesome but i got used to it quick and the second tub did nothing for me. SP250 gave me a great pump but I couldnt finish the tub due to constant stomach issues with it. Im taking Xpand now and by far this is the better pre out there. Great price and great ingredients. The taste is real good too, similar to SP250 taste wise.

The formula of SP250 is a lot better especially considering it is very old.

No-Xplode for me and it's not even close. I used SP250 one
time and that was enough for me, made my stomach cramp
and it tastes like crap. Once you finish a jug of NO cycle off
of it for a few weeks and you won't build up a tolerance to it.
