cyclical mass gaining diet

I plan on bulking from now till mid march-mid april...but I can't come to terms with not gaining muscle throughout the rest of the spring/summer months. I currently am about 9-10 percent body fat, with my body fat being in the 6 percent range when I finished cutting last summer. My chest/legs are the worst parts of my body, and I was thinking once I am done with bulking I will only need 3-4 weeks to cut down (I am clean bulking). If I were to use say, 3 high carb days (350-400g) followed by 4 low carb days, would it be possible to actually build muscle while maintaing/slightly decreasing my body fat? This is a more advanced topic and I don't want people coming in saying no way can you build/cut at the same time but last summer I was able to build a small amount while losing a moderate amount of body fat. My main question is, if I put chest on monday and legs on tuesday, will I be able to make the same chest gains I am making right now? I figure with leptin levels going through the roof at times, growth hormone high from very intense 100-200m sprints, that I might be able to gain just as much if not more muscle because I will be more efficient. Most of this information is from mind and muscle but I figured I would run it by some of the guys on this forum to see what they thought. I would love to build quality mass till april, and continue to build up my chest till...well next year.

If you eat just 250-300 calories over maintenance on workout days and maintenance on off days, and eat mostly clean foods, there is no reason you can't add muscle year round.
