where to start
Hello. I exercise playing tennis and cardio at the gym, but I think its time to take an extra step. Where do you think I should start and doing what? Is it normal for girls to use weights?

Looks like your chest doesnt' need much work ^^. Uh basically read about what exercises, the proper form etc online or checkout a book from the library or something. Yes it's perfectly normal for girls to lift weights.
Just so much information i don't want to even try to get into this, you gotta do a lot of reading on your own, before you jump into this.

Well let's see... This is her only post. She posted a picture of someone and asked a legitimate question. You all just assumed it was a troll post, you don't know.
So it's either:
1) She's not a troll and they were all *******s.
2) She is a troll and you all just fed the troll.
Nothing against you though Fiky

I'm hardly suprised people made those comments. Perhaps thats the reaction you were aiming for? If not you should either:
A: Post more suitable pictures. (ie. dont purposely show lots of cleavage)
B: Delete the picture
C: Not use the word "Tits" in your name
This is assuming that this is not a troll post and more a cry for attention.
Anyone that wants to disagree with me fine. This post should at least be moved to the female section.

No in the chat she wanted to see a pic of me. And yes right now I'm bulking up. I've gained 10lb. and 2" on my chest in only 2 weeks. Those pics were taken on our private beach 8/10/05
I'm currently at 7% body fat and 145lb.

A lot of girls at my school lift weights so I think you definetly should start. Make sure you really work technique before you even think about lifting heavy. It can really help that body look even better

You could start on the treadmill, elliptical, or plyometrics to stretch out and get some cardio to warm up. And it is completely normal for girls to lift weights especially leg curls and leg extensions to tone up legs.
