    How long till i can lift again.

    Yo

    I pulled a muscle between my bicep and tricep, i've given it
    a week to rest and it doesnt hurt anymore but yet ther is bump/lump
    where i pulled it. what does that mean? when can i start lifting again.

    That doesn't answered my question. The injury didn't happen at gym nor anywear near it, i am a form perfectionest. I just want to know what the bump/lump means and when i can retrun to gym. Thanks

    if it not causing you any pain, you should do a light exercise and see if you can feel any sort of 'twinge' or niggling pain at all, if you don't then you should be ok to continue. Pain is your bodies way of telling you to stop in some cases. If you aren't sure though then its best to see a doctor or Physio to be on the safe side
