Javelin excercises...
Hey, I was wondering if anyone that has thrown javelin competitively has any exercises that have worked especially well for improving the throw, thanks!

Get a coach and develop technique, other than that develop flexibility (static/dynamic) and get stronger and more powerful overall. But remember technique is what its all about.

Javelin training
Have you tried straight arm pull overs, Inclined bench press, and db front raises on top of your usual strenth routines?

More javelin exercises
Use the lat pull dowm machine, sit the wrong way round on it and do straight arm pull downs. It's almost an event specific motion.
