I just started lifiting in June. I started at 150 lbs (not sure on body fat) and cut down to 138, while gaining a good amount of lean mass. Three weeks ago (when I hit 138) I started to hit a brick wall with weight, so decided to start bulking and attempt cutting down further later. I'm now up to 143 and 10.5% bodyfat. I'm wondering, when should I start cutting again? My ultimate goal is to be able to see a 6-pack (Ive never been able to), but I don't want to have to sacrafice muscle size to acheive this.
Getting a 6pack isn't really important until it starts getting nice out again, but I don't want to be negating all my efforts of cutting this past summer by packing on too much fat during winter).
What months do you guys normally bulk and cut during? When should I start cutting again?
