Some new pics
Just as a starter this is a pretty big deal for me as I am not one to be posting shirtless pics of myself. I wanted to share some results with y'all because it was you guys that inspired me to start lifting and eating right and I'm now starting to see muscle show up.
This is me at close to my heaviest of 240.
Oh and I suck a flexing BTW..front Double Bi
Who knew there was actually muscle here :-)
Probably my favorite...new veins in my forearm and you can see my Tricep
Be merciful in your comments and I know my chest looks kinda weird..I had gyno surgery when I was much younger and it hasn't really looked right since but once I get to where I want to be I will likely seek another surgeon.

Damn, you got some serious mass under there waiting to come out once you shed the extra layer. Your upper arms are gonna look wicked once you thin out more and your back looks wide as well. Keep up what you're doing and good luck.

I know how that goes. I have huge calves for my size and they'll be huge on me once I thin out again. Then again, find me an obese person who doesn't have big calves.

Hell yeah man. You definitely have a solid base of muscle under there. Keep doing what you are doing, and soon enough you will be ripped. Just make sure you do it the healthy way. Don't worry so much about losing it all at once, it'll take time. You don't want to end up with folds of skin. Good progress so far, keep it up, and keep us posted!

Update Pics
Just snapped a couple of comparison pics tonight. I think I see some fat loss here, but what do you think? Compare to photos at top of thread.

I did..when I was much younger..and heavier so now that I am getting slimmer I am finding that I may need to have some adjustments made. As I said before once I am where I want to be..(or close) I will likely be seeking surgery again to fix that.
