Lots of questions coming in regarding cnidium.. so I'll bump this one.
Initial / Quick and easy bulk powder dosing method:
Here is what I do...
1) I take a "00" size capsule and open it
2) I take out 1ml scoop of the powder
3) I take the long end of the capsule (open end down) and push it into the powder a few times and the powder will easily pack into the capsule.
4) One semi-packed capsule is somewhere AROUND 500mg.. (you won't use the entire scoop-full so put the scoop back into the bottle.
This is if using the 35% powder as a standalone
No caffeine
No other nitric oxide precursor
No medication
No yohimbe / yohimbine
No thermogenics

and if your cnidium is labelled 5:1 what should you take? Various articles have dosages ranging from 3-15g....
