Day 8: Chest, lats, delts, arms, traps
Benched 315 PR
Another great workout... during this review I've had some of my BEST back-to-back workouts ever... and yes.. I dropped the White Blood today... so things should get interesting here on out... my client added 15lb to his max bench and I added 10... maybe I was extra aggressive (pissed off about dropping the WB).Free agent

congrats on the PR Pure! I had a PR on Hack Squats tonight. My GMS came in tonight so I'll get a plan together for experimentation with it.
I'll be interested to see how you dropping the WB works out as well.Cut Goals/Actuals Phase 1:

Day 11: Legs
Had some strange nausea when I hit the gym... it went away very quick.. another one of the best leg days since X-Factor... muscle fullness during the day was down, but was great during workout...
So the question is obviously... what the **** is keeping me at this 250lb plateau ? ? ? At least 3 possibilities:
a) Calorie intake.. especially evening
b) Healthy fat intake
c) Stress
d) All of the aboveFree agent

Pu12, could you send me an email with the link to this. I am trying to decide between this and Glycerol for my next stack. What do you recommend at this point? I currently plan on buying:
Now Adam Multi
HP Whey Protein
HP CEE
On Fish Oil
Great job on your logs. Good luck getting over 250. It'd be cool to double your original weight.

Day 20-21:
Feeling great and looking more vascular, but muscle fullness is down. I feel like I've given this experiment enough time at this point, and it's time to move on towards my goal of 260lbs @ 12-14%. My diet could have been better during this review, and stress is still the highest it's been in a LONG time.
Final thoughts:
Ever since I first tried Yohimbe, I've known that many herbs are underestimated and some are VERY, VERY potent. Cnidium as a standalone does appear to have a noticable effect @ mg dosages, and it stacks nicely with a arginine / ornithine combo. I did have a few headaches which is somewhat unusual for me and I experienced some dizziness and some nausea.
The real interesting thing here (broken record) is how potent Cnidium seems to be, making it very convenient for preworkout (1 tiny pill to swallow). I also noticed that cnidium seems to "prolong" any and all pumps / muscle spasms.
I hesitated to increase the dosage due mainly to the dizziness, and I feel that it's time to completely cycle off of anything Nitric Oxide related:
