Nitric Oxide stimulates cGMP production
cGMP = cyclic guanosine monophosphate = increased blood flow / cell volumization
PDE-5 (Phosphodiesterase-V) binds to and destroys cGMP
Cnidium Monnier, the natural form of 4-methylpiperazine increases nitric oxide release, and inhibits PDE-5
In theory, Cnidium + White Blood + Weight Lifting should be synergistic and enhance hypertrophy / recovery

Prohormone/Steroid use:None. I did a few clean cycles of 6-OXO, which overwhelmingly is NOT considered a PH/PS/Steroid. I'm not familiar with CM but I see it's in a lot of Test Boosters/Sex Enhancers. Does this mean you'll be cutting a lot of "wood" with this supplement? <img src="images/smilies/biggrin.gif">

Day 1: Legs
Unfortunately, I don't have a digital scale at this time.. so exact dosing will be a issue for now...
3pm: I took approx. 1/8 of the tiny scoop that was provided and put the powder into a 00 size capsule. I took it on a mostly empty stomach with my Green Bulge and White Blood.
4pm: Whey
4-6pm: Cardio + Workout
Nothing unusual while biking... as I started my leg workout I felt kind of "out of it" and borderline dizzy... but not to the point that it worried me. The dizzy feeling went away.
About 30 mins into my workout I noticed something odd. My arms felt VERY pumped without working them directly... I really doubt that it's placebo, that's how strange it felt. No PR's and I noticed nothing strength-wise, but my calves have had a painful, sustained pump for the last 3 hours. It feels pretty cool.
I gained 6 lbs of waterweight during my workout, which is more than usual (lately)... and reminds me off the cell volumization when stacking glycerine + creatine + Arginine / Ornithine. I was still very thirsty post workout.

PU, good update. I've never felt a pump in my calves or legs for that matter, sounds interesting. 6 lbs of water weight gain in a w/o? <img src="images/smilies/eek.gif">

Day 2: Chest
Cell volumization and sustained pumps are in effect despite no crazy strength increases. Most noticable in my quads and calves (jeans and pants tight in the morning, as if I just got done working out).
Same dosage and timing today. Great workout despite my diet being less than optimalincluding pre-workout nutrition. Water intake has been very high, and feeling very thirsty. I felt my whole body pulsating during my workout, but no strength gains worth noting.

Day 5:Back
The pumps really can't be described... pain... but it's a good pain. Thirsty as hell..
Day 6:Chest
I've basically eliminated the placebo effect at this point... this is the first day I noticed a very noticable difference in spontaneous erections (over and above the effects of White Blood).
Note: I've been getting about 75mg.. and this stuff has a noticable effect. I will be increasing my dosage to 100mg. It's also worth noting (erection related) that I'm a "hyper responder" to Yohimbine and Arginine... so don't be mad if you don't have similar results as far as erections.
