Exclamation Will these exercises help put the mass on me...deadlift etc? i am so overwhelmed....

    Hi,
My current regime consists of, leg press, leg curl, seated cable rows, upright rows, bench press, shoulder press, tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, closed grip bench press.....
i do this 3 times a week, 2-3 sets of each, and i gradually increase the weight on each set.....i have been training for four months, and progress has been ok, nothing special...
However, i have done research on the barbell deadlift, dumbell bench press, barbell military press, barbell hack squat, dumbell squat, dumbell lunge and chins....from what i can gather these exercises can really put the muscle mass on.....anyone here have any idea how i could incorporate these into my current regime.....
i'm thinking that if i do my current regime twice a week, and then on top of that do, the deadlifts, chins, squat, on a completely seperate day, could this work.....i could do these squats etc at home as i have a loads of weights and bars aswell as a bench.....
sorry for the long post, i'm a newbie and i am bit overwhelmed with all these new exercises
oh and i'm supplementing with creatine, whey protien and a multivitiman...one of the meatheads i know at my gym told me to also take some glutamine....i'm eating shedloads of protien, i know muscle cant be built overnight, i just need a guiding hand thats all...
    Thanks...Don

Try breaking your exercises down into a split

    Something like:
    Mon: Chest/Triceps
    Tues: Back/Biceps
    Thur: Shoulders
    Fri: Legs

And yes, the exercises you listed are good for mass.
