    hey guys...
    im 14years old...and i know that most of the guys are going to bash me for wanting testosterone pumping through my veins at such a young age...but i really do...so does anyone know what i can use that increases testosterone(or decreases that stuff that stops testosterone (cant remember the name)) that would be safe for a 14year old to use? please be sure its safe before advising it.

    ZMA doesn't increase test, unless you're deficient in zinc, and you shouldnt be if you're taking a multi vitamin

    you might not have even started puberty, dont worry about the test, it'll come, if you try to increase production now, you may end up never ever making test again, it's not worth it

    most supps that would effect this in reality (not just in theory) would be hormonal in nature. there are a few more natural ones available as well. however, at your age, they wont do much. your natural test levels are already sky high. even injectable steroids (unless dosed extremely high) probably would not bump your levels up much above base line.

    trib will not raise test levels. there are a few exceptions in newer products w/ certain standardizations. but at your age it still will not make a differnece. you could take injectable test right now, and at your age your levels would not even increase that much (unless megadosing). I dont think you understand how high your natural levels are right now.

    trib raises your free test levels. and yes it is safe for 14 year olds. Its not hormonal. the dude above me is right it probobly wont affect you much. Maybe worth a try, cheap and safe and does what ur looking for.

    OH- OMG sorry guys-I FERGOT to mention, i havent started my working out yet-these are for plans.
    im slowly breaking into it and beginning my workouts in the begining of oct.
    ive been eating just a little less that that (stated above) but not put on a single lb im already up to 2800kcals and not gaining...but hopefully 3100 will be enough for when i start lifting

    at least youre trying to get things in order before you start working out.
    like i said you need to get some more good fats in there.
    maybe some natty PB with meal 2 .
    and maybe some natty PB or fishoil before bed with meal 8.
    if youre already starting puberty , with your diet in order and when you actually start working out,i bet you will make some really good gains.

    Eat well and take a multi-vitamin. I doubt ZMA can beat that. Like others said, it only fixes a deficiency, it does not boost test beyond your natural optimal levels.

    Enjoy your youth. You already got a good advantage on test levels, make good use of it.

    yeah-i didnt mean i was gonna start taking stuff NOW...i just want to have stuff prepared for when i start.

    i have a nice tough (maybe too tough, ill see if i can do it) sounding routine for my workouts already set up...
    1 set will be 12reps-add more weight-10 reps-add more weight-8reps
    and im gonna do 1 set each of 3 exercises for each body part...

    im gonna do upper body (biceps,triceps,traps,chest, delts) one day. lower body (hams, quads, calves, abs and back) the next...and cardio the next...that repeats...with one free day a week. so everything gets done twice a week.
    that sound good?(ive never worked out with weights before so tell me if its easy or impossible-kay?)

    You shouldn't even be worried about supplements until you've been working out for a while. How would you know if the supps were even working unless you had some baseline results to compare them to? I wish I started at your age and knew as much about nutrition as you seem to. Just don't get too caught up in the supplement hype or the chemical aspects. At your age, the adage "Lift big, eat big, sleep big," may easily be all you need to get great results. Worrying about test levels is for older guys hitting plateaus.

    Yeah man, get into the gym and train like a barbarian. You will enjoy newbie gains for quite some time at your age, and with a diet like the one you posted backing up work in the gym you will grow no doubt. Just lift and eat. When you are 16 and have been going at this for a while you can start getting more aggressive with the supplementation (Creatine, aminos, nutrient partitioners, etc) and save the hardcore stuff until you are in your 20s. If you work out hard and eat right you will be a monster before you even touch any sort of hormonal supplement.
