are u completely opposed to mrps (meal replacements) or bringing protein shakes to school. just started college here (ireland) and im just gonna bring in a chicken roll and protein shake every day if i get stuck for good food.

if u wont do this even a pint of milk or something is better than nothing - 1 pint milk is bout 19g protein which broken down is 80% casein and 20% whey so cos of the high casein percentage it'll take a good while to digest and absorb (bout 3hrs).

any other tips...well i suppose u could get those protein bars.

Well i eat breakfast then i go to school. at school we have break and lunch (i'm in junior high). Should i split break and lunch into two seperate meals? so then it's 3 when i get home, then i eat another meal, so it's 4, then dinner, so it's 5?
should I try that? problem is, my parents eat different from what i do so the dinner's gonna be bigger.

what i do in order 2 eat more than 3 tyms is center my meals around my workout, for example:
7:30 - Breakfast - big bowl of oats, eggs and ham
12:00 - Lunch - w/e they have at school thats high in protein.
3:00 - Pre-workout meal, ussually bread and peanut butter and some milk
5:45 - post-workout, shake and big meal 1 hr later
    7:00 dinner
    9:30 - Before bed snack

w/ a schedule like this, dont expect to be able 2 do much more on weekdays. i have had 2 quit football 4 the sake of my body, lol. i just go home, workout, eat and do hw. weekends and off days are much easier, but ussually i sleep and go out on weekends.
