    Talking Caloric intake

Hi everyone...I read in the IM magazine yesterday that if you are a woman and you weight train you should be eating no less than 1500 cal a day.
I do weight training 4 times a week and cardio 2 times a week...my calories end up around 1413 cal a day maybe 1420...Do you think I should up my calorie intake????

All of that depends on your height weight etc. If you think you should up your cals do it by adding an additinal 100 or so - if no weight gain - 100 or more etc. If weight gain decrease that - I do not think it is cookie cutter at all- if you weight train you eat "x" amount of calories. I was reading Iron Man yesterday as well - I will have to find that article.
