Now folks, tomorrow I start eating food like it's going out of style. I'll be bulking from here on until sometime in May.
I'll have 3 protein shakes a day, ON whey protein(23g a serving).
I'm wondering about eggs. I haven't been able to get my hand son eggs whites, so I'll have to seperate the yolks from the whites. Would it be better if I just ate the entire thing? I'm worried about my cholesterol and the such if I go that route.
I need ideas on meals I can prepare as well, I'll be eating 6 eggs a day, made into omelettes with 1/4 cup cheese, 1 jalapano, and cilantro.
Should I maybe pick up a weight gainer to supplemnt as a meal to get my calories?
I'm 5'6, 150 lbs, ectomorph, and I hit the gym 5 days a week. Should I do some cardio during this period to keep my bf% at a resonable level? I was considering 30minutes of cardio on my off days.
Anyway, some input would be appreciated.

Be careful you don't overdue it and spike your caloric rate too high too fast. Your body might freak out and try to store all the extra calories, thinking its not gonna get that much ever again. Bump your food intake up a little each week, 250-500 cals or so, so your metabolism can get used to it.
