Many ppl have the habit to exhale while bringing up the weights(which is the rite way to do),so now u have to break this habit(if u have it) inhaling while bringing up the weights,and do it rite before it could do any harm.Always exhale when u r bringing up the weights,and inhale while ur taking the weight down.

always exhale on the excertion, so for flyes it would be the way up. The science behind this suggests that when you breathe in on the abduction (arms away from midline) to take in O2 so your cells will have it for cellular respiration during the adduction (arms towards midline). Just breathe in when it is hard out when it is easy.
