    3 day a week workout 1hr 45min? overtraining?

    a few months into working out, just wondering it this workout is to much, and what should i cut out/add to it

    ladder bench
    3x10 dips
    7x7x7 style curls 1 set
    2x8 rows
    3x10 lat pulldown
    2x10 skullcrushers
    3X8 dumbell shoulder press
    use a machine 2x10 for abs/lowerback/obliques
    3x10 leg sled
    3x10 squats
    3x10 quad extension
    3x8 hamstring machine
    finish it with a bunch of situps and pushups...

    oh yea, and i'm bulking

    id say if u can do all of it then its not overtraining

    Not true, a work out should be less than 45 minutes and never more than an hour, if it takes you that long you aren't working hard at all. If you are pushing hard enough you shouldn't need anymore than 1 or 2 sets per exercise. And you better be squatting.

    I would have a tough time wearing out a muscle grouping with less then an hour of training
    I do take a lot of rest tho
    I also don't like training to failure

    but I bulk easily so maybe I should give you some advice
    personally I don't think 21's (that 1 set of seven seven seven curls) are good for getting bigger
    not sure pushups are real good for bulking either
    I dunno tho I have never personally combined pushups with a bulking phase
    then again I've never had a bulking phase

    what works great for me bulk wise is pyramids
    look into it they are easy to understand if you can't find anything ask me I'll tell ya
