Question Best way to train deadlift

What's the best way to train dl in terms of sets and reps?
How often should 1 rms be done?

what i once heard is low reps never really exceeding 6, only dl once a week but other than that i dont really know!

mix up the reps and weights.

once or twice a week use a fairly light weight, say 50 to 60% and do 1 or 2 reps focusing on correct form and in pulling fast.

the other time you could go heavier, like what, maybe up to 80% and do triples, or singles (but for more sets then).

1rep maxes, if you're a competitive powerlifter, are mostly done during meet day.

if you don't compete or don't have a meet within months. every 9-10 weeks you should max out
