Im stuck in a hotel since the hurricane and I can't get anywhere to w/o and its been 3 weeks now...=( I dont want my muscles to say goodbye so are there any techniques to help limit loss in this situation? Im already using the exercise bike everyday (the only piece of equipment that functions) and doing some pushups now and then, any ideas?

elevated push ups, 1 leg squats, handstand push ups and pull ups. A total body workout hopefully theres a something to hang from to do pull ups on. Just be thankful you are alive, muscle can be rebuilt, lives cannot
