    Cool Lower Abdomen Exercise?

I think my lower abdomen are as loose and saggy as they were a month before when I started the 3 sets of 12 crunches, 3 times a week. The mid section is more toned.

How do I focus on the lower abdomen. This loose mass seems to highlight my pot belly as well.

There's no such thing as lower abs, it's all one muscle. You just need to lose more weight.

Yea, just keep cutting the fat.

You can always do some weighted lifts to increase the cuts in your abs so you can start to see them earlier. I do hanging leg raises and leg throwdowns (have a buddy throw your feet down while you lay on a bench, your job is to not let them touch the ground and bring them all the way back up.)

Gety our body fat lower and you'll see them. I'm currently on the journey to a six pack myself! I've got 4 slightly visible ones so far (which is way better than I ever had before)

    Good luck man!

    Cool

    Thanks.

And to lose fat, I go back to the good diet and cardio program, right? For weight training, I have days for arms/shoulders, back/ chest, and legs. Will it suffice to keep rotating throught them.

While its all one muscle, I still like to work from the bottom up as well as the top down. My favorite, hanging knee ups.
