drinking protein shakes on off days

I am trying to lose bodyfat and lift 4 days a week and do cardio 4 days a week. When I lift I drink 40g whey protein before and after my workout. My preworkout meal is a slice whole wheat bread with natural PB, serving of fruit, and 40g whey. My post workout meal is a shake with a cup of oats, banana, and 40g whey. Once I week I have an off day and twice a week I do just cardio. Should I eat the same pre/post wo meals even though I am not working out? I find it is easier to get a lot of my protein and healthy carbs eating the same meals.

    Thanks.
    Alex

My recommendation... Check out ellipticer's Timed Carb Ketosis thread for a complete diet plan.
