My long term goal is 200 @<10% by the time I graduate next Spring. I think I will be able make it if I reach 190 by the end of this cycle.

Thanks! I don't have access to a tester/calipers, just an estimate. Thats what a digital hand held tester was saying a month ago.

Lets see, first day. Well first off, I was a little too ambitious with the rack deads, muscles feel a little strained. Around the chins I started to feel tired. So instead of doing db rows I went on to the bicep work. All I can say so far is that I got some preeeetty tight biceps pumps on those last few drop sets, they hurt!
Would it be OK to take some EC while on phera-plex? Is there a contraindication because of the blood presure raise? I am taking celery seed. If this tiredness was caused by it I'm going to need something to boost me up.
Nothing else yet, I am excited to see where the next few days go. And thanks for the encouragement everyone.

EC is cool, just make sure you have the celery 45mins later, thatz when its agonist effects start. Do you have any preexistent BP conditions? Did'nt I send you the stimulant?

Thanks for the help, no BP conditions. I never did get the new stimulant, though. Should it have come the same day as the Phera-Plex?

• 1 cup Kashi Go-Lean cereal, skim milk, ½ scoop Matrix 5.0
• Pre-WO: 1.25 cups oats, 1 scoop Dymatize Whey
• Post WO: 1 cup oats, 20g dextrose, 1.5 scoops Dymatize whey
• Go-Lean waffle with PB on it, glass of ,milk with ½ scoop Matrix 5.0
• Tuna sandwich, almonds
• Tri-O-Plex bar
• Chicken Breast, apple, asparagus, broccoli, ½ cup oats, 1 cup skim milk, 1 fish oil pill
• Big plate of sushi + sashimi + lots of wasabi! Some steak, shrimp

Pretty good workout, the EC helped. I've been feeling good and full all day since the workout. And hungrier than usual.
Today my dad and I harvested to last of the oysters we had been growing for the past 2 or so years. They are huge and look great! My Dad called up his brother and said "if you saw him you would think he's on steroids." No, Phera-Plex is not that quick to work, they are just used to me around 140lbs.
Quick funny thing: I saw these two girls come in the gym, do db curls and a few crunches, leave and go straight into the line for the Burger King drive through. I guess they are working for that Whopper!

I just weighed myself this morning and I gained 7 lbs in 4 days. I'm currently on an SD log wich you can check out in my log. I eat about twice as much as you, maybe more. I haven't gotten fatter nor has my BF % gone up. Seems all you eat is used up for muscle growth.

Workout was good, not outstanding, but some increases on leg press and leg curls. Considering how I've been feeling lately, not bad at all. Last night I got 7 hrs of sleep, which is no where near enough. This morning and pretty much off and on all day, I have been tired and run down. Hopefully this has to do only with my circumstances and not the product. I did start at a higher dose than most people did though. I will try to get some good sleep tonight and update tomorrow.
On a side note, muscle contractions are very strong and noticeable. I was just sitting in class today and my lat was getting all pumped just by leaning on the desk. I can just sit there and contract a muscle and it feels like it does in a workout. All day I have a mild pump going on.
Weight this morning: 180, up 1 lb

The past 2 days I have been feeling the strength. Deadlifts felt great, never got 4 reps with 375 before, best was 2. I really like the hammer strength rows too. They're are a great alternative to bb rows when the lower back is too beat up. First time curling 100 as well. Aside from the lethargy, I'm feeling very good, especially during workouts.
I have been drinking a ton of water, and peeing a lot as well.
My body was sucking up water while training. I weighed in at 190 after the workout and my shake! I had clothes and shoes on, but still I was shocked. I went back down a few hours later.
Weight this morning: 182, up 3 lbs. I got the eating down now
