    powersteering pump or hydraulic line.

It could also be a Left Rubber Bushing that is very worn.(since when you turn right it puts more pressure on this rubber bushing causing metal to rub on metal)

Check your powersteering fluid, then inspect all the front rubber bushings around the suspension, sway bars(if you got sway bars).

But seriously, first I'd check the wear on the brake pads. You could be right at the wear indicators on one side, just at the point that going strait or to the left doesn't rub enough yet, but turning right gives the squeek.

Depending on the noise it could also be your steering box / power steering pump. If the noise is more "under the hood" I would check there. Try turning the wheel to the right when not moving to check this.

Could also have to do with wheel berrings or ball joints. Usually a slight grinding or gritty noise goes along with these problems, but not always.

Check those things first. Should give you a good starting point anyway.

Not sure if sway bars are at fault. Will check power steering fluid and those bushings tomorrow.

I just did new brake pads + rotors, the whole deal 3 months ago.

When not moving it makes no noise. It does not make the squeak every time I turn right....its random and sometimes it doesn't do it at all. It's about 50:50.
Reps to all good responses so far.
    Thanks guys

And $150 per axle? if you did it yourself its like half that for all 4.

I'm wodering if your having some glazing issues with the new brake to drum/disk contact then. Did you have your old drums/rotors turned, or did you replace them?

IIRC, with my w124 Mercedes, they cannot be turned. Everything was replaced brand new.

They were fine before(was on them for a good 3 months)...it started about a week after I had my front tires replaced at Pepboys. Idk if thats coincidence or not.

Turn the radio up then. It's the solution to any problem for a 10+ year old car.

My car probably has less mileage than any 2002 car and still be 14 years older. I am at 79k right now.

heavier tires? could be you had front end parts going, and the new tires made it noticable now.
