What is the best creatine out there?
I have a question that has been bothering me before I start my bulking period. Football season has ended for me and I'm ready to hit the weightroom once again full force. This will be the first time I'll be using creatine, and I'm wondering, what creatine has the best results? Any info appreciated.

The best creatine is Cell-Tech. You can gain 40 fat-free pounds in 3 weeks off it. Just ask Greg Kovacs. He is my hero and he says Cell-Tech makes you big like steroids. Plus, my Muscle-Fitness mag says that Cell-Tech is 6900% better than other creatine. If they say so, then it must be true.
Actually, the best creatine is probably the cheapest because all basic creatine is the same (the serum and liquid crap is gay). As long as its not loaded with sugar (or malodextrin) its all good. A little sugar is good for absorbtion but too much makes u super fat. If u have money, go with EAS's Phos****en with HMB. Not worth it for the $$, but its better than regular creatineI'm not binging...I'm bulking

I just use standard Creatine Monohydrate powder. Nothing fancy at all.

Cell-Tech is great but only if you can afford it. Pro-Lab Creapure worked great for me!

Anywayz, I used AST's Creatine and was very pleased with the results. I heard that Prolab and Scitech's creatine was very good.

Well I have been using regular Creatine Monohydrate but when I run out of this I might try cell-tech next time because I've heard some good things about it and that it's an excellent type of Creatine.. I guess i'll never know unless I try it but if anyone had any experience with cell-tech and could give some advice would be good, thanks

Creatine is a waste of money, only promotes water retention. Good after coming off a cycle, but I guess this is the teen chat, huh? Anyway, this is my first time here. I frequent bss message board. Hope I can help.

Creatine does work, just not for everyone. 20% of the population won't receive any benefits from creatine, but the other 80% will feel an increase in strength and stamina. Stay away from Cell-Tech, save your money. Go for Met-Rx or any other reputable brand.

I personally haven't gotten any gains from creatine, no matter how much water i drink or what brand i take. But I have seen it work for others. I would go with Phos****en or a micronized creatine.

cell tech isnt bad... its just not worth the extra bagillion dollars you have to pay to get it.
i just use a reg. mic. creatine and mix it with a simple carbohydrate.

CELL-TECH Deffinantly Kicks ass! im taking it right now, and it works soo Good !! I gained alot of mass, No Fat!! i actually got more Ripped !!, but a little of my gains are water ! so its okay tho! Cell - tech Comes pepared for u !! with 75Grams of Carbs which is alot if u ask me but it didnt make me fat !! and ATP! so Cell-Tech is good if u have money! dont go over 10 Grams of creatine a day or ur body will Dispose of it ! 10 Grams should be max ! Drink lots of water when on any kind of Creatine!

I hate muscle tech. I hate their products, their stupid ads, their stupid roided up athletes who dont even compete, about 80% of your money goes to their stupid labels, oh, and lts not forget their stupid 1 billion dollar research team.

buy dextrose at like a dollar a lb
buy some chromium and you have cell tech. For about 1/2 the price/month
Oh, lets not forget the dye they use that causes cancer

Allergic Reaction
Anyone have allergic reaction to creatine? I've tried different kinds and brands of creatine and they all gave me small red spots on the back of my hand that last about 30 minutes to an hour. I've given up on creatine since then.
Wondering if anyone had the same experience.

just order higher power micronoized creatine off the store. its like 20 bucks for 1000 grams and its pretty good.

definitely go with sci-fit 1500 kre-alkalyn..after 3 weeks ull gain strength in everything,atleast i felt it in tht time period

Go with a cheap Mono and you will save money and you will not get any different results than if you were using that so called "expertise digestion rates" etc bull****.

I think it will be better for you if you start with creatine monohydrate. I have used many forms of creatine and I think the best results are given from the simple monohydrate.
