Ok -- here we go again.
I abandoned the diet because my doctor told me I HAD to eat carbs and gain a ton of weight (20 lbs at least) after suffering from a major blood clot here very recently.'
Well I am now back in the gym -- My abs are smothered with this gross layer of....FAT! ACK! oh well, at least I am healthy again right? My arms are tiny and I have lost 35+% in almost all lifts. So I have some work to do.
I am not going to log EVERYTHING becuase I am going to be busy here, but I will do my best -- I took pictures today, I'll get them up and you can be sad for my body, keep in mind I had a serious life threatening illness recently ahaha
I don't have weight or BF levels but I will get weight tonight and I'll go from there.
Ok -- Diet
I am not counting veggies at all in my diet -- I am going to eat as many and eat them as often as I can -- I suspect I'll eat 8-10 servings daily, all lettuce, broc. some cauliflower, cucumber, other cruciferous goodies.
I will be having observing and tweaking my use of art. sweetners -- I only use 0 cal crystal light as "granulated" and the rest will be liquids (like torani or davinci) and some of those pellets (they're great and very small filler).
The basic diet will be eggs -- plain and simple, they're great macros and are easy to cook and I love them.
45-60 minutes medium walking pace around my city first thing in the morning fasted with a cup of coffee.
5 or 6 day split in the gym:
Day 1: Chest/abs
Day 2: Back or Shoulders/abs
Day 3: (What was not done day 2)
Day 4: Rest or cardio or Arms/abs
Day 5: Arms (if not done day 4) or Rest/abs
Day 6: Legs
