WHat muscle groups can you work together

I am currently doing the Ripetoe program and am looking for something else since its been 4 months when i started. I was wondering what muscle groups can you work on the same day? I was looking to do a aplit and has hoping to hit the gym 4 times a week. I know you can do chest and tris on the same day but how about all the other muscles?

you cna do anything you want on the same days, most people jsut split it up becasue theyre doing compound excrsizes and want to base their other lifts aroudn those

i.e. bench press owrks shoudlers tris and chest, so you do shoulders tris and chest on bench day

dl works hamstrings, and all part of back, so you can do upper, middle and lower back and hamstrings on DL day

For strength, you should lift in the 3-5 rep range. As for size, you put that on with eating and sleeping.

IMO, just add a couple more on to rippetoes.
