Ok Bench,Squat,Dead, and weight?
Bench:150lbs
Squat:230lbs
Dead:410lbs didnt get to max till about 6 months after i started lifting
Weight:128

jesus christ, you must have amazing genetics to be pulling those numbers when you first start working out. when i first started like in may (then i went to philadelphia and had to pay $10 per gym visit for a monht and a half) ... i couldn't bench 60 lbs. my stats now are ... weak and embarrassing to post, i just got a home gym and started working out again. i think i was around my peak in august though, i was doing 115 bench/175 squat/175 dead and weighed like 135 lbs, despite all these inconsistencies. noobie muscle grows fast! i won't be surprised if i reach that by the end of this month.
Fapping is the ultimate cardio.

1.5 years ago....i dont have my "big 3" stats btw / indicates now
db bench for reps...40 pounds / 70 pounds
db curl for reps 15-20 pounds / 35 pounds
one arm db row for reps - 40 pounds / 80 pounds
tricep pushdown for reps 35 pounds / 70 pounds
hmmm what elseeeee
hack squat for reps 1.5 plates / 3 plates
leg press for reps 2 plates / 6 plates /side
for reps indicated 5-10 reps

First:
Squat - 115 lbs with horrible form for 8 reps
Good Mornings - 75 lbs also with bad form for 8 reps
Barbell Flat Bench - 95 lbs for 5 reps
DB Flat Bench - 40 lbs each hand 8 reps
Deadlift - 135 lbs for 8
Curl: 40 lbs with curl bar
Current:
Squat - 195 lbs (perfect form.. i had to work my way back up because i just fixed my form recently.. it was 215 with bad form)
Good Mornings - 175 lbs for 6 reps (better form)
Barbell Flat Bench - i havent done barbell bench in a month or so but i could do 155 for around 5
DB Flat Bench - 65 lbs each hand for 6 reps
Deadlift - 285 lbs for 6
Curl: 70 lbs for 6 with curl bar
i love noob gains

Deadlift 315x1
Now im lifting
Bench 210x2
Squat 275x3
Deadlift 400x1275lb atg front squat / 235lb paused bench (in comp) / 445lb Conventional Deadlift using mixed grip/chalk/belt (in comp) / Deadlift-425x3 using a hook grip + chalk / BP low-bar back squat 335x2 & 315x4 & 350x1 (in comp)
A tree with a thin trunk can only make branches so big -me
Won 1st place at my first powerlifting comp!!!!!!!! Yea!!!!!!1

the day i started lifting i also started creatine ( that had to have somethin to do with it)
My Current stats are
Bench:230lbsX1
Squat:370lbsX3
Dead:havent maxed or even did deads for about 6 months
age 15 untill april 28
weight:162O i cant spell.....
Every set im a step Closer>
Goals: To Get bigger everyday till my body cant handle it!

Weight: 140-142lbs
Bench: 65x8
Deadlift: 115x6 (terrible)
Curl: 45x8
I dont squat, sue me.
Now:
Age:17
Weight:178-180lbs
Bench: 145x8
Deadlift: 225x8
Curl: 95x10
Been the same height as well.
Its progress I guess
(no e-stats) Been lifting for 10-11 months, will be a year at the end of jan.
