    Sauna or steam room - which is better ?

    which is better for fat loss.. i herd sauna is not gd as u lost a lot of water weight and muscle

    the difference between sauna and steam room are:

    steam room = full of steam
    sauna = just dry heat

    Steam is good for a deep down clean get the dirt from off the skin via hot surface moisture steam provides. Sauna very similar getting dirt from outta the pores via moisture out of the body caused by dry heat. Neither makes you sweat fat only water gained back after half a gal of water.

    my wrestling friend would tell u the steam room. its only temporary man, but if ur cutting for a weight class (like wrestling) then steam room will make u sweat more. think about it. do u sweat more when its humid outside or when its dry?
