I sweat a lot during squats and dead lifts. Thats about it. Well... mainly after those 2 exercises.

sweating is your body trying to cool down by releasing water through your pores. it doesnt matter much, just means your working harder = very hot = probably burning more cals

Sweat is irrelevant to building muscle here. I don't usually sweat much at all when I work out, and I'm bigger, stronger, and working harder than my partner, who is usually drenched by the end of the workout.

it really depends on the person. i have pretty high metabolism (slightly overaactive thyroid i think) so i sweat a lot and can eat a lot and get hot easily. better high metabolism than low though i guess...
(p.s. blood tests show i had low TSH, thyroid stimulating hormone, meaning my T3 and T4, actual thyroid hormones, were high)
