I doubt that Shawn Ray used that routine all the time.....training rule number 1 "Vary your routine"

Also a prime example of someone stating what worked for THEM being interpreted as THE prescription for EVERYBODY else.

No that doesn't answer any questions. That is in every FLEX magazine 4 or 5 times, and nobody uses straight sets of 8 reps there whole life and gets a hyoooge chest, or any muscle.

But the playing with little weights and you'll have a small chest is true, that's about it.
