Hey everyone, I'm trying to lose weight, which isn't the hard part for me. I lost close to 50 pounds earlier this year, but due to things in my life, keeping myself in shape had to be moved to the back burner. Now that I'm getting back on my feet and back on track, my priorities are shifting and the focus on getting myself back into shape is high on that list. So, I ask you guys, what is a plausible thermogenic that I can take that will help aid me in what I'm trying to accomplish? I'm looking for something that would help my focus, appetite suppression, and increased weight loss. I can't take ephedrine, or anything like that because of the drug test at my job is pretty sensitive.

Gaspari Cytolean, a strict diet (research the Nutrition forum), and fasted cardio (cardio before any food intake, first thing in the morning).

Check out the Black China Lab's AM/PM system. We have a few logs running right now.
Here's the log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=5682371
A few notable quotes from the log so you don't have to dig through the whole thing.

^^ANother AM/PM log.
You could also try our EPH (that is what I would do) I don't think ephedrine shows up in drug tests.

When I was working a lot and trying to keep in shape, I found that it was damn hard. You'll have to pack your own lunch, or find a restaurant who has a meal that is ideal to your needs (this is almost impossible). Keep logs of what you eat, the protein, carb and calorie contents and how often you eat. The key to true successful weight loss is consistency, so you'll have to monitor everything.
When I weighed 206, I aimed for no more than 2200ish calories a day, 200g of protein and less than 100 carbs a day. Two and a half months later I weighed 192 but it had definitely plateau'd (this is all without cardio as well). If you want fast results, do cardio, eat less food overall but eat more dense food. No fat burner will allow you to lose weight if you aren't eating correctly. Don't mistake a decrease in appetite as a way to not eat at all meaning don't ditch meals or wait too long to eat.
