Kre-a-fem

Hi Ladies,

Just wondering if anyone has tried this Kre-a-fem creatine that is specially made for women. I have a couple of samples of it and I have heard good things about it.

Anyone use it/ heard of it/ hate it/ like it?... All opinions are welcome!

How is it made for women? I would think it was the same stuff as the one for men but with a pretty label. I could be wrong.

xactly what I was wondering... It is a Kre-Alkaline (sp?) creatine, which is (from what I understand) just another different kind of creatine.

I am hoping a rep (or someone how has talked with a rep about it) will come on and explain everything about it...

The differences are a lower dosage in Kre-a-fem (600 mg versus 1500 mg) and some added ingredients that you would likely already be getting in a multi-vitamin:

Calcium(as Chelate) 150mg
Black Cohosh Extract 50mg
Soy Isoflavones Extract 50mg
Magnesium(as Chelate) 40mg
Iron(as Chelate) 8mg
CoQ10 2mg

I personally, after comparing the two, chose to go with Kre-Alkalyn.
