Fractured Collar Bone

Around 14 years ago when i was 9 or 10 years old i fractured my collar bone. Since then it has given me no problems at all, until recently.

As i progress in the gym and the weights get heavier, i am finding that the collar bone starts to hurt. This is most noticeable with any pushing oriented tricep exercises like dips, pushups, bench presses and even DB incline presses.

Anyone have any advice on how to prevent this, or perhaps alternative exercises??
