    Post MY Methyl Masterdrol cycle

    First off, big shout out to all of you who have posted your cycle logs on this forum and to all of you that post positively. Now with that out of the way, let me begin my thread.
    After reading almost all of the superdrol cycle threads on this site, I decided to do a cycle of it myself. I went with legar gear's methyl masterdol instead because it already has the hawthorne berries in it and that saves me some money. The only thing i was not clear about is when to take the supplements. The label says 2-3 caps a day but doesn't say when so i have been taking 2 in the AM and 1 30 minutes before my workout, i hope that that leads to optimal results. Let me say that ordering on this site is first class and the shipping was quick. I ordered friday and by monday morning my supplements were at my door.
    I am currently also taking ON whey protein, twice a day, once in the morning and once before my workout and muscle milk right before bedtime to combat the catabolic sleep state. I started the masterdrol cycle on tuesday and so far i have noticed nothing but increased thirst and frecuency that i have to whiz. I was drinking about 2 liters of water a day before and now i am upto almost 4 liters. I also feel more soreness than normal from my workout yesterday which is a good thing.

    age: 29
    weight: 222lbs
    height: 5''11
    bench press: 275X3
    squat: 265X3
    tbar: 4 platesX4

    my current workout:
    monday: chest/delts/calfs
    tues: back/traps
    wed: legs(quads/hamstrings/hip)
    thur: biceps/triceps/forearm
    friday: calfs/traps(heavy)

    yesterday

    Yesterday was legs. I have never been so focused. I was so focused that i lost count of time and the number of sets i did. I definately felt a difference in my quads and hamstrings as a result of the masterdol. I when up to 275lbs on the squats ass-to-the-floor for 2 reps, i probably could have gotten one more but i almost got stuck at the top so i decided to rack it instead.
    My water intake keeps on going up and for some reason i can't sleep well at night since starting. I wonder if its because i am waiting for something miracalous to happen.

    Hey bro,

    Good luck, interested to see if this really is the same as superdrol. Only thing if this is your first cycle I would suggest starting lower as 30mg is just asking for trouble

    i would take about 100mg of c0q10 ed with your cycle. the hawthorne berries are suppose to deplete your natural supply of this.

    Thanks cookdog. I will get some. I will also go down from 30 to 20. 3 post, 2 here? Yes. I troll this board a lot. I am not knowledgeable enough to post advice so i thought it would be cool to post my masterdrol log. Anyway, yesterday was arms and i have never had muscle pump like that before. Felt like my tri's where going to rip through my skin. The workout started kind of sluggish with preacher curls but when i hit dumbell curls for some reason my energy level went up a notch. Also went up a pound, could have all been **** because i had to take a massive dump. I will reweigh myself monday and see. peace out

    Hi man good luck, you beat me to it your the first mm log on here i am starting it next week to prove its the same as sd but seriously your takeing 30mg first week? thats a little much im going to be doing

    week1 10mg
    week2 20mg
    week3 30mg
    pct

    with 30mg you might see heavy sides how is your cycle set up? pct? ect.? any support sups? if you started at 30mg i would stay with that for the first week then go down to 20mg for the second week then back up to 30mg for the 3rd your a big guy so you should be alright but sides might be high but your gains should be HUGE

    with 30mg you might see heavy sides how is your cycle set up? pct? ect.? any support sups?

    I saw heavy sides starting with 30mg. I am now down to 20mg. Some sides where headaches, lethargy, and sleeplessness. Now that i am down to 20 i feel way way better. Next week i plan on going back to 30mg, hopefully my body will ready for it. My cycle was just what the bottle said, 3 caps a day for 4 weeks but now its 20,20,20,30. I am not taking any supporting sups but i do plan on getting some coQ-10 later this week i also have tons of milk thistle at home that i will start taking very soon. For PCT i will get either the PCT formula from the makers of masterdrol or recovery pt(sp?). I take ON whey twice a day and muscle milk at night. Other than that thats it.
    Last Friday definately convinced me that 30mg was too high. I had one of the worst headaches ever which made me forget to put the gas cap back on my truck and leave the fricken keys in the ignition with the doors locked.
    Tonight is chest and shoulders. Last week i did 275X3 reps in bench, tonight i will go for 280X3.

    Yesterday was chest and shoulders. I hit my goal of 280x3. My spotter suggested that i go for 295 so i went for it, and hit it. I didn't quite like the feeling because my arms were shaking when i unracked the bar so next week i will try it again for at least 3 reps. My shoulder pump was so unbelievable that i couldn't take my shirt off without them getting fatigued. My drive home was very hard also. Today is back and traps. My only goal for today is to get at least 2 pullups.

    Unfortunately i have only gained 3lbs so far. I am thinking about uping my calorie/protein intake. Yesterday was mad intense for back. By the time i got to pullups i was too fatigued so i skipped them. Tonight is legs, ****. The last thing i want to do is squat but its also my favorite exercise, go figure. I am going to chart my caloric/nutritional intake for tommorrow to see exactly how much of what i am getting. peace

    hey it seems like your reps are way to low... i mean going heavy is one thing but you should be in the 4-7 range in my opinion... 3 is more of a max out... and if you keep goin with that you might hurt yourself... seriiously i know how tempting it is to keep adding weight but be careful!

    the gains will come, usualy in the second week is when they start but diffently have a high protein and cal intake

    rookie03, dully noted. As a matter of fact yesterday i didn't go heavy on legs because i went heavy last week. Last week it was 275x2, this week i only went up to 245 for 5 reps. Even that had me beat. I am changing a lot of things about my routine. No longer will i do chest and shoulders on the same day. I will do shoulders on thursday now. No more heavy squatting weekly. Only once every two weeks. If not for the masterdrol i would probably be injured.

    dangetinthere, have you used masterdrol or supderdrol? I am going to be adding 4 hard boiled eggs to my diet, 2 with my 12:00 snack(apple) and 2 with my 5:00 snack(ON whey). Do you think this is enough or should i add something else?

    no i havent yet im going to start in a few weeks i have done a cycle of m1t though, most sd threads i read say the gains start in the second week. how is your routine set up? how much do you weigh? most people should be takeing atleast 3000cals a day and atleast 1grm of protein per pound of bodyweight if not more.

    I used to make that mistake all the time, after hurting myself on the third rep of 365 on flat bench for the 3rd chest injury I will only do sets of 10-12 now

    Right now i am weighing 226. I weighed myself after taking a huge dump so i know that that is my true wieght. So far i have gained 4 lbs but everyone says that i am a little leaner. I don't see this though however i do see just a bit more vascularity in my arms and forearms. I have never ever been a vascular dude, even when i was all cut up, i guess due to the fact that i have thick skin.
    My new routine starting monday:
    monday--chest/calfs
    -flat bench press
    -incline bench press
    -hammer machine decline bench press
    -dips
    -flys
    -seated calf raises(2 second rule)
    -standing calf raises(2 second rule)
    Tuesday--back/traps
    -wide grip pulldowns
    -close grip pulldowns
    -t-bar rows
    -hammer rows
    -hammer pullovers
    -shrugs
    -behind back shrugs
    Wendsday--Legs
    -squats
    -hack squats (2-3 sets 20 reps)
    -flat leg curls
    -stiff-legged deadlifts
    -leg curls on that bench that tilts downward
    -every other week i do deadlifts
    Thursday--Arms
    -preacher curls
    -standing curls
    -alternate dumbell curls
    -hammers
    -cable curls
    -cable triceps (warmups one arm at a time)
    -skull crushers
    -bench dips
    -tricep pushdowns
    Friday Calfs/Traps/Wrist
    -shrugs
    -behind back shrugs
    -seated calf raises(2 second rule)
    -standing calf raises(2 second rule)
    -wrist extensions
    -wrist flexions

    Friday was a pretty good and quick workout for me. Just traps and calfs. I weighed myself and i weighed 228. Saturday and Sunday weren't good nutritional days for me since i had community service (cal-trans) both days. I felt kinda of dehyrdated and worn out Sunday thanks to those long hours of hard work. I will weigh myself today to see if i lost or gained a pound. Today is chest and i am going to listen to those who said 4 reps and take it a little easier today. peace out

    Didn't post yesterday. Unfortunately i drank about 1/2 liter of bad milk. You can all imagine the rest. My Monday workout went excellent, i did 295x4 on the bench. My buddy was trying to get me to go for 3 plates but i refused because i didn't want any injuries. Yesterday was back and despite the stomach pain and diarrea, i toughened it out and did light back. I am thinking about going back down to 20mg instead of 30(moved up this week) because the lower back pumps are present now. Today is leg day and there will be no heavy squats to give my knees more time to heal. bless

    Yesterday leg day was off the chain. I did the hack squat machine starting at 1 plate to up to 3 plates on each side for 5 reps. My workout partner suggested we do drop sets which seemed like a good idea at the time because i was thinking starting with the 3 plates down to the 1 plate but his idea was different. We loaded each side with 1 plate and 8 10's for 5 reps each with no rest. needless to say that after the last 5 reps my legs were toast. They were so shakey that i couldn't do hamstrings properly. 40 ****in reps. With the masterdrol my leg pump was out of this world and today i am sore as hell.
    Today is shoulders. Hopefully i can half the pump i had in my legs last night with my shoulders tonight. bless

    Shoulder day was ok. I didn't have my usual spotter so on behind the neck press i only went up to 165lbs for 5 reps. The problem i have is that i have to struggle to get the weight of the rack because of the akward position. I was planning on doing at least 185 for 4 reps. Next week i guess. The back pumps are still there even on 20mgs despite the potasium and magnesium i am ingesting. oh well i will just deal with it, its only one more week to go.
    My legs are still sore but at least i can flex them now. Today is arms & lite calves. My calves are beggin for a workout. see you all on monday. bless

    Now my weight is 230 lbs. Everyone says that i am more leaner but i don't see that anywhere on my body. Friday was arms and i hate doing arms but i got in a good workout. Today is chest. I will be going for 300lbs for 4 reps today. This is my last week on this and i want to make it count. bless

    Well I found out the hard way that i wasn't getting enough Carbs in my diet which is funny because i wasn't cutting them. Because of this my chest workout suffered greatly but my back workout was fine. Also the back pumps. I have found out that its not just the back but most of the smaller body parts that we use all day like for me its my wrists, calfs, and that little muscle between my thumb and my index finger. Wierd. Anyway today is legs and leg day is aways a toture day. bless

    So far I have 10 lbs. I am trying to cement in 11 lbs but i can't seem to get there. Oh well. 10lbs is not bad i guess especially since my strength has skyrocketed. last night was shoulders and i did 185lbs on behind the neck presses, up from last week. I could have went for 205 but i have to save something for next week. If i make it to the gym tonight then i would be doing arms if not then i will do arms on saturday. bless

    My last 2 days of this cycle. I must say that the positives far outweigh the negatives. I will weigh myself tommorrow to get a good measurement becuase i was sick over the weekend and didn't go to the gym last friday or monday but I went yesterday and did chest and hit 315 for 4 reps then i hit 335 for 3 reps. Next time i will skip the 315 and just do the 335 because i felt i could have done more. I also changed my diet some and added 2 more servings of fruit to help with my energy problem. I also added some cereal bars and more hard boiled eggs to my diet so that every 2 hours i am munching on something. oh **** i have to buy my pct on thursday. any suggestions? bless
