Pu I understand that there are many others more qualified than I, however I believe in your advice and know CL is a solid reputable company. I would love to have this opportunity to provide readers with an unbiased, honest cutting journal of this stack. I have Green Bulge at my house, but have not started it yet. Training experience (a summary is fine...): Worked out all through highschool for sports and discovered this site oct 03 and learned how to diet and train more efficiently. Started out at a scrawny 138 @20%bf and am now just over 180 with abs. Ive been lifting/dieting since oct 03 and have only fallen off 3-4 times for about a month each time. Ive been going hard now for over 6 months and dont plan on ever taking a "break" again.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol: Tues - Back&Bis,,, Thurs - Triceps/Calfs/Abs,,, Sat - Shoulders/Quads,,, Sun - Chest,Abs
Cardio Schedule/Protocol: NONE,,, Im bulking but eating very very clean.
Current supplements (With exact brand/product name): ON Whey, Health from the Sun Flax Oil, Superior Nutraceuticals CEE at 4 grams pre and post workout.
Current Diet: I begin eating at 9AM and eat every 2 hrs all day long until I go to sleep around 1AM. Usually 7-8 "real food" meals,, and 2-3 protein shakes with oats/whey/milk. I eat a lot of lean beef, chicken, natty pb, oats, egg whites, whole wheat pasta, wheat brand, turkey. Eat one cheat meal a week,,usually a few slices of pizza or go to a Chinese buffet or something along those lines.
Short Term Goal: Gain another 5-6lbs of lean muscle in the next few months..
Long Term Goal: Well when I began workout out I wanted to be a lean 160. Got there and still felt small. Now Im a lean 180 and feel small. Someday Id like to be 210@10%...
Current Prescription/Recreational drugs: None.
Supplement history (summary is fine..): I think Ive tried almost everything out there. Used caffiene, ECA, various PH's, AAS, creatines, proteins, NO products...

TRAINING EXPERIENCE: 12 YEARS SOLID. Emphasis on free weights. Strict and controlled movements.
CURRENT TRAING SCHEDULE: 3 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off. Sometimes I change it up depending on how my body feels. There are times when I will take 3 days off in between to really help my body recover.
CARDIO SCHEDULE: 3 days per week. When cutting I up it to 5 days per week. I'm a firefighter so my choice of cardio is a Step Mill with a weighted vest. Sort of like a mini escalator where you keep walking up!

In general I just eat good all the time with a once a week all-out cheat day. Usually 5-6 meals with protein shakes in between.
SHORT TERM GOAL: To lose a few extra pounds of fat and gain a few extra pounds of muscle.
LONG TERM GOAL: To become a Captain for my Fire Department and retire in 18 years. I also wanna have kids!

SUPPLEMENT HISTORY: Always stuck with the basics. Creatine, Protein, Multi, Food. Tried 2 Pro-Hormone cycles. First was an idiotic NORTESTEN/ANOTESTEN stack which I did when I was 20. The latter was a 1-Test cycle for 4 weeks. Other than that, like I said. Usually stuck with the bascics.
OTHER LOGS: I didn't want to flood the board with the CEE-PRO logs, so I just posted an unbiassed opinion about the product.

PS. I am very reluctant to buy the "Controlled Labs" stack due to it's immediate popularity. Something just seems fishy. But I will try it and again, give you an unbiassed opinion/ log on this product.

Cardio Schedule/Protocol: on off days i'll usually do some HIT, but it depends how i'm feeling
but i also have to commute to school everyday so i do A LOT of walking

Current Diet:
breakfast- 4 egg whites, one normal egg...some smoked salmon, protein shake (1 scoop whey, 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup no fat cottage cheese, no-fat milk)
glass of grapefruit juice
MEAL#2-handful of almonds and a protein bar (25g protein, 22g carbs, 7 g fat)
MEAL#3- Turkey sandwhich on 9 grain bread organge juice
MEAL#4- pre WO protein shake- 2 scoops whey, 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup cantaloupe, no fat milk
meal#5- post wo shake- same as preo wo but with 2 scoops oats
meal#6- piece of some kind of lean meat....salmon, chicken, steak, turkey etc etc. brown rice, veges
meal#7- pre bedtime shake-1 cup no fat cottage cheese, 1 scoop whey, a banana, no fat milk
Short Term Goal:
be about 190lbs of very leanness
Long Term Goal:
be about 230 of lean muscle
Current Prescription/Recreational drugs: none, but i do have the occasional beer...like once every 2-3weeks
Supplement history (summary is fine..): same as what i'm doing now, plus some prolab mono

I will put my name in for this one as well. But one thing to note is that i have noticed a slight decrease in libido recently and i would like to try the blue rhino to see how it's effects on my libido are. My girlfriend would thank you for it i'm sure...

Training experience (a summary is fine...): 2-3 years. Certified aerobics instructor/personal trainer. Chemistry major.
Current Training Schedule / Protocol: 5-6 days a week. Soon to be reduced to 3-4 days a week of HST style training due to school.
Cardio Schedule/Protocol: 1-2 days a week. 30-45 minutes of intense stair climber (sweat like a pig).

Current Diet: Hovering around maintenence, but would increase to a very clean bulk for this log. Carb sources are Oatmeal, apples, banana's, and sometimes a bit of rice or whole wheat pasta.
Protein intake is around 300-400 grams. I get in a good portion of protein from whole foods with each meal, and then have some whey as well.
Fats are mostly from fish, natural peanut butter, and EFA supplements.
My girlfriends dad is a milk man, so i eat about 1kg of cottage cheese every day.
Short Term Goal: Gain muscle and strength after a short 6 week cutting phase (just finishing cutting now, was very slow to avoid muscle wasting).
Long Term Goal: Bulk until around January and then do a slow cut down for next summer (unless bulking is going well and my body fat is in control. I do very clean bulks anyways so it's not uncommon for me to do a clean bulk for a year straight).
Long LONG term goal: Compete before med school/dental school/Chemistry PHD program (whichever i do).
Current Prescription/Recreational drugs: No alcohol, smokes, or drugs.

I am currently in the works of writing up a review on Neurostim (just finishing my 3rd bottle), and various other proteins.
I keep very detailed logs and tried to keep a clean format for my currently ending Cellucor cutting log. I am working on making it even more detailed and clean. I have body fat calipers, tape measures, a scale, etc... I also know my body very well and can detect slight changes.
This is a stack that i want to try, so even if i am not picked, one day when i have extra money (broke ass student), i plan on buying this stack anyways. Maybe next summer when i'm working.
