    Back Exercises

If I'm doing Weighted Wide Grips, would it be good to also do weighted regular pullups. Normally I do Weight WG, Cable Rows, Lat Pulldowns. Should I switch from Lat Pulldowns to regular weighted pullups?

Obsessed is a word the weak label on those who are dedicated.

Pullups are harder, especially the wide grip, thus it is more effective than even the wide grip pullup, however, I think you can adjust the weight easier on the pullup so I say interchange from one to the other every 2 weeks or so, AND ADD DEADLIFTS AND BARBELL ROWS!

I agree, pullups offer the same basic motion but allow for more weight than a pull down, think about it if you are making a pull down action that leaves your body stationairy, it can't be putting as much load on as one which lifts you unless you are pinned in place with pads above your thighs.
It makes much more sense to use your body weight and a weight belt
