weight question - reps also
just another real quick question.
Whats a good ideal weight for 5'9"?
still on my bulk And trying to figure out what weight would look nice with my height.

to be honest i dont tihnk theres an ideal weight so to speak
take for example nfl football players who weigh 220 at that size and are all muscle and then theres couch potatoes who weight 220 but are fat
i think as long as you keep ur bf reasonable you can continue to grow

UFC Fighters at your height average 155-165lbs.
I like UFC, so I just threw that in there.
But, then again there is Marvin Eastman 5'9 200lbs+.

Hahahha, I started lifting weights at 173lbs.. I'm like, by the end of the year I wanna weigh 205 lbs. (yes light heavyweight still).
