any good biceps suppliments?
hi all, anyone know any good suppliments for working your biceps? i don't really care about chest or legs or anything. I was thinink superdrol or stacker 3 wwe will these work?

Yeah, try superdrol, that should work great. Take 4 a day and do curls everyday.

there are only 2 site specific supplements that i know of, one is illegal, one is not in production. just work out, you are 15.

Other than sticking needle in your arm you can't take a region specific suppliment, you can just take in nutrients, and your body will use them where it needs to.
I can't think why you would just want to work out your arms, but you can only reach a certain level before the rest of your body will hold you back

You know rather than laughing at this kid, who remember is only 15 and may have any number of reasons for thinking he only needs bigger arms, wouldn't it be easier to offer contructive comment and advice, maybe make him see he's a little misguided but luckily come to the best place for help?
