    Thumbs up Leaning dips!

Did these for the first time yesterday evening and they kick ass!!

    Did:

    Decline barbell 15-8-6-4
3 sets of leaning dips 10-10-10
    Flyes 8-6-4
    Dumbell slight incline press 8-6-4
And burned out with a few more dips, 4 or 5

    I feel great today!

    yes they do

personally don't think you need to do any burnout sets though.

I usually don't, but I was pumped and I wanted to kill a few more reps, hehe.

Definitely feeling it in the tendons today. In a good way.

    Dips

Dips are a fantastic way of improving the definition in your arms.

But be warned, they're not easy!

Dips are an extremely good all-round exercise.

They work the biceps, triceps, shoulders, lower back and abs.
