    I'm back from vacation!

    And I'm up about a pound or two of fat and 4 pounds of water weight. I cheated a bit during this trip (about 2 days of 2 cheat meals) so water retention has me by the proverbial balls. I'm ready to hit the weights again and my metabolism is on fire so time to get started again!

    P.S. cheating is a setback (sometimes it can even help), but never an excuse to quit, so ALL HAIL FITNESS!
    Cutting phase - Spring 2006
    Start weight: 199 pounds

    Weight as of July 31st - 212 pounds (~28% body fat)
    Weight as of August 11th - 209 pounds (~25% body fat)
    Weight as of August 22nd - 206 pounds (~23% body fat)
    Weight as of September 1st - 202 pounds (~21.5% body fat)
    Weight as of November 2nd - 219 pounds (25% body fat)
    Weight as of April 10th - 195 pounds (~18% body fat)
    Weight as of May 10th - 185 pounds (? body fat)

    Your enthusiasm is inspiring. Im going on vacation and worried that I will fall off the wagon when I get back. Please repost this very thread on September 26th - i'll be home then and need a boost.

    The key is that you're back and not falling off track. Good job bro.

    Was on a Starvation Diet till 6/1 and found bb.com

    40/40/20 with heavy lifting and cardio 3-4 days a week.
    Immediate goal: 220 lbs by December 15, 2005.

    Yea my body is definitely on fire. My biceps are now 15" cold (I did biceps before the vacation and I'm almost 100% sure the cheat calories I ate fed the muscle building a bit), up about .25 inches from before vacation.

    Your body will begin to purge itself of all the junk and toxins as soon as you revert to healthy eating and whatnot. I ate some fruit and eggs this morning and my body got rid of a LOAD of extra water that had been retained from eating junk. I must've pee'd 9 times in 3 hours (no joke)

    My weight as of returning from working out is 204 pounds, so it looks like I may not have even gained any body fat from the cheat days (I think I ate about 2000 extra calories total, so it would make sense).
