Yea my body is definitely on fire. My biceps are now 15" cold (I did biceps before the vacation and I'm almost 100% sure the cheat calories I ate fed the muscle building a bit), up about .25 inches from before vacation.
Your body will begin to purge itself of all the junk and toxins as soon as you revert to healthy eating and whatnot. I ate some fruit and eggs this morning and my body got rid of a LOAD of extra water that had been retained from eating junk. I must've pee'd 9 times in 3 hours (no joke)
My weight as of returning from working out is 204 pounds, so it looks like I may not have even gained any body fat from the cheat days (I think I ate about 2000 extra calories total, so it would make sense).
