pizza roll-up
For the "pizza" taste, I sometimes take a whole-wheat or low carb wrap and spread mashed/blended cherry tomatoes with garlic (homemade canned tomatoes are great too because they have been boiled and already peeled), a little moz. cheese, parm. cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and onions, throw it in the microwave until the cheese is melted and then roll that bad-boy up! Its pretty easy way to satisfy the pizza-flavor craving, and depending on how strict you are on your diet at the time, you can use real pizza sauce instead of mashing your own tomatoes.

I use WW tortillas too - I love "tortilla pizzas" as we call them
I use real pizza sauce on mine, and I like a bit of chicken on them and lots of veggies. Not very much cheese usually.
I put mine in the oven - right on the rack with tin foil on the rack below (in case something spills). That way the crust is nice and crispy. Yum!

Glamming it up
Hi jeni! Check out my journal. I had a homemade pizza recently. Bought a ww thin pie (ff and low-carb) and you put whatever you want on it. I chopped a chicken breast in small pieces, added olives, onions, peppers and artichoke hearts. Put on hot sauce, hardly spread any cheese ... 7 minutes in the over - straight on the rack ... yummy!

Believe in life
I used a wholegrain pita to make pizza but a wholewheat pita would work great too! Add a good layer of tomato paste, then fill with whatever veggies and stuff you want. I usually use fresh tomato, herbs, garlic, onion, green peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, lf ham or tuna, or chicken breast, then put a very small amount of grated lf cheese on top and put in the oven for 15 mins! YUM!
