First, I apologize because I am a newbie to the world of bodybuilding. However, I use to lift frequently a few years back and would cycle Creatine Monohydrate. I found extreme benefits from Creatine Monohydrate and it seems to have worked for so many years since its unveiling back in the early 90's.
I know as time goes on and that technology is constantly advancing. Hence where Creatine Ethyl Ester comes in. Now I have not used this yet since I have got back into lifting. However it seems to be all the rage nowadays.
My question is, since I know Creatine Monohydrate works and works well, why would I try the Creatine Ethyl Ester? Are the benefits of CEE worth all the extra money versus the cheaper Monohydrate?
Please educate me if I am wrong on this. I just dont see what all the extra benefits of CEE is for the price you are paying for it.

better creatine less of a bloated look, better pumps, and less needs to be used, mono absorbs only a small portion, it begins to break down from the second you mix it up. Very little makes it through the stomach and into muscle. They say you don't need to load it, but I never did with mono. personally though something better IMO than CEE is a Product called Green Bulge Look it up I've have amazing results from it so far.

A buddy of mine actually used a bottle of it and worked great for him. He tried a bottle of Nitrix and I tried Blitz cycle so we could compare and see how they measure up. Both of us got incredible pumps on both products. I want to try the Nitrix next time around though, because it doesnt have the Methanabol crap in it like Fizogens Blitz Cycle.
I will read more about it though, thanks for your tip.

What stack would you recommend? I have considered trying Green Bulge, with White Blood, but again I dont like the idea of popping so many pills a day. I already have 2 plates of pills a day with my multivitamins, Vitamin E, Omega 3's, Fenugreek, Thermogenic, and so on.
Give me your stack recommendation?
