    creatine loading phase?

    well the creatine i have (higher power micronized creatine) say
    "loading pahse: day 1-5, take 1 scoop 4-6 times a day"
    then
    "maintenance phase: day6-21, take 1 scoop twice daily, off for 3 days then repeat this cycle"

    well i have been taking it once a day. what should i do mabe take 3 days off of it and start loading phase? or just keep taking once a day. or start taking it twice a day from now on? is the loading phase really important?

    Just keep taking it once a day. There is no need to load anymore. More studies have shown that after like 6 weeks, the amount of creatine in the muscles was the same in groups that loaded and those that didn't.

    do this my man. first 3 days, take 20g. after that, take 5g a day to maintain it. you dont really need to do a loading phase, all it does is get your muscles saturated quicker, but i prefer to do a loading phase.

    ok so i have been taking it for about 1 week now you want me to take 20gs tomorrow and for the next 2 days and then do 5gs after that?

    It is personal preference and will get different answers although most don't load anymore. It simply saturates your muscles faster. I wouldn't if I were you as I really don't think it is needed. Plus, some people are finding success with just dosing on workout days. I take 5g a day and recommend that, as Gillis has mentioned.

    A loading phase isn't needed, it works well for some people though.

    As far as everyday use, I would suggest 5g post workout and another 5g's sometime throughout the day.

    im also looking into getting Hight Power Micro....since my cellmass is almost done...

    i was told that using this is best pre-w/o as oppose to to cellmass that i take post...then 6 hrs later.


    so if i do take this pre-w/o can i mix it with a pre-supp such as no-xplode or whiteflood
