well the creatine i have (higher power micronized creatine) say
"loading pahse: day 1-5, take 1 scoop 4-6 times a day"
then
"maintenance phase: day6-21, take 1 scoop twice daily, off for 3 days then repeat this cycle"
well i have been taking it once a day. what should i do mabe take 3 days off of it and start loading phase? or just keep taking once a day. or start taking it twice a day from now on? is the loading phase really important?

It is personal preference and will get different answers although most don't load anymore. It simply saturates your muscles faster. I wouldn't if I were you as I really don't think it is needed. Plus, some people are finding success with just dosing on workout days. I take 5g a day and recommend that, as Gillis has mentioned.
