    the carb in a serving of n large 2 is about 80g and 20g of it is sugar. does that mean that the remainding 60g of carbs are complex carb?

    kingarty is retarded, dont bother with him. 20g of sugar, thats a lot, you really dont need that much sugar from a pill, especially 80g of carbs, and even 60g of carbs, and i dont think thats complex carbs, but i could be wrong. eat some rice cakes and oatmeal instead of a pill. if your going to take the pill, take it after a workout to spike ur insulin. i think the carbs in n large2 are high high glycemic which are quikly absorbed, and have a high insulin response. which in turn, isnt always great, because it will give you a short sugar rush, or HIGH, which is usually followed by a really quik sugar crash. in turn, your blood sugar level will decrease leaving you with low blood sugar.

    Dextrin is hard as hell to find in michigan. ive looked in a 10 mile radius and nobody has it! WTF? even grocery stores and crap. I was pissed. but yes DEX is your best bet. for good carbs. oatmeal is good too
