When are you taking this protein?
If it is strictly post-workout, I would recommend the pure isolate (Isoflex) mixed with simple carbs.
If you are taking more then one shake a day, including one in the morning and/or one at night, I would recommend IsoBolic.
You are correct that IsoBolic has Micellar Casein in it, as well as Egg Isolate, which is high in amino acids, and is a tremendous sustained release protein.
