I am starting School again fulltime, and also got a new job. I'm wondering what you guys take with you interms of meals. It gets boring with the selection you can take. Help me out. I'm looking for 3 meals to eat while at school/work. THANKS!

I bring 6 things with me:
1. 25oz sport bottle of water which is refilled during the day.
2. Yerba mate tea with splenda and lime which is drank in the morning at class.
3. Natty PB Sandwich on whole grain bread.
4. Same as above.
5. Chicken breast with mustard and steak sauce in a whole grain pita with various spices.
6. Same as above.
Takes about 20 min to a half hour to make all the stuff, but I make it the night before and put it in the fridge overnight, so it stays somehwat cold in a sandwich bag.3/15: 365lbs.
Was on a Starvation Diet till 6/1 and found bb.com
6/1: 290lbs
7/26:255lbs
8/1: 252lbs
8/8: 250lbs
8/15:247lbs
8/22:243lbs
9/12:239lbs
40/40/20 with heavy lifting and cardio 3-4 days a week.
Immediate goal: 220 lbs by December 15, 2005.
Short Term Goal: 8% bf by May 9, 2006.
Long Term Goal: 210 and 8%bf(Thanks to DJohnson)

Depending on schedules, I only have 5 classes, so most of my days last about 2 to 4 hours max so I dont have to worry about food too much. There's only one day in which I am 8 hours in school.
I bring, fruits, bottle of water with whey protein, tuna in salsa, red kidney beans in salad dressing. And of course my EC pillsIG: @tuanlifts

Yesterday I took a chicken breast with brown rice, and that was it, but it was a lot and I ate it over 2 meal sittings. I was @ school for 7 hrs. Thanks for the info though guys. And I don't have access to a cool refigerator, the food will remain in my car, so right now the food can stay warm, but in the winter, it'll be nice and cool.
