Apoligies if this pisses you off, but believe me i've already tried the stickies, i've even google searched and haven't found a good, solid, conventional full body workout, just loads of unorthodox routines. I'm not saying they're not actually their; i'm saying i haven't managed to find them.
This is simple enough- anyone- just type up a plan or post a link...

yep what he posted is the hot topic in bb.com this is a great routine that gets a full body workout in 3 days a week.
