I like the lightly salted Sunkist European Style almonds from Wal-mart, but the Blue Diamond Dry Roasted Unsalted Almonds are pretty good too.

Apples or berries. Fruit is the healthiest snack food out there.

Pumpkin Seeds
Pumpkin seeds (aka Pepitas) are my number one pre-workout snack.
You'll find them at the local health food store. Here I can get pepitas raw, dry roasted with tamari, or my personal favorite, with both tamari and cayenne pepper:

i find that snacking is detrimental to ur progress if you are trying to cut calories
when i snack, i bcome more n more hungry instead.. due to increase metabolism, thus increase in hunger pangs..
but when i eat full meals.. i get satiated n i dont get hungry for few hours after that..
i tried eating 10 mini meals a day, then switched to 6 small meals a day, both on equal calories..
its much easier to do 6 small meals a day..
